At Vaulted Rarities, we strive to ensure every curated piece meets your expectations, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and high-value collectibles may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
